Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)

Built on a modern, client-focused approach, we work closely with lenders, investors, and developers to deliver high-quality, commercially driven legal solutions. The Role
They’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support our legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property finance within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions and refinancing
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and reports on title
- Conducting legal research and due diligence
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties
- Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners
About You
Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within real estate or banking/financeStrong understanding of property law principles (commercial property experience preferred)Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
