Opportunity to join a growing real estate team working with national clients on complex commercial property transactions
Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing commercial property team in the Solent region. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied range of commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The role
You will join an experienced real estate team advising a broad range of clients including corporate occupiers, developers, investors and financial institutions.
Your work will involve advising clients on the acquisition, disposal and ongoing management of property portfolios. You will also support real estate finance transactions and provide property input on wider corporate matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and colleagues based in the Solent office while also collaborating with lawyers across other UK offices on multi-office transactions.
This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your experience within a well-established real estate practice.
About you
Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate
Strong technical ability and a commercially focused approach
Ability to manage matters effectively and build strong client relationships
Interested in developing your career within a collaborative and growing team
