We’re working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Leeds that’s looking to grow its Corporate team with an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-7 PQE).
The Role:
You’ll work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

- M&A transactions

Private equity and venture capital

Corporate restructures and shareholder agreements

General advisory for a wide range of clients
You’ll be part of a collaborative, partner-led team working on high-quality transactions across the region and nationally.
