Location: Covent Garden LondonSalary: £40, 373 per annumHours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus shared Saturday rota

We are looking for an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee a high profile client space in the heart of Covent Garden.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys working in a small team environment and taking full ownership of a premium space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day running of the site ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Work closely with one team member to deliver consistently high standards across the space
  • Take full ownership of the free issue pantry areas ensuring they are fully stocked organised and presented to a premium standard
  • Lead by example with a hands on approach to all tasks
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and operational procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role
  • Confidence working within a small team and taking ownership of a site
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience in a premium hospitality or client facing environment
  • A proactive hands on approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
