INTERIM PROJECT MANAGER

Park Avenue are pleased to be partnered with a London Borough who require an Interim Project Manager for their upcoming waste depot project.
This project is focused on remodelling the depot site and is estimated at around £10m.
You’ll report into the Interim Head of Health & Safety (Projects), with your client being internal to the Council also. You’ll need good interpersonal skills, a background in development and regeneration projects and proven experience in delivering complex schemes. You’ll manage stakeholder and contractor engagement, from inception to handover. Familiarity/experience with the political environment and nature of the project (depot) will be highly advantageous.
- 3 days per week in office/on site
- Full time position
- Experience in Local Authority is essential
