Product manager

UK insurance tech company is looking for Japanese speaking product manager(fully remote work is possible)

Responsibilities

• Lead localized Product-Market Fit (PMF) initiatives by conducting market analysis and translating insights into structured, actionable product strategies.
• Develop a “Solution Blueprint” to define the regional product offering and create an executable roadmap.
• Drive alignment between product strategy and delivery by working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to close product gaps.
• Support go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts by crafting compelling product narratives, building demos and collateral, and participating in customer workshops.
• (Optional) Provide post‑contract Solution Architecture support, including requirements gathering and solution design to ensure successful customer implementation.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategy for enterprise software products.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements and market analysis into actionable specifications.
• Proven track record leading backend‑heavy product development.
• Strong understanding of AI-related concepts (e.g., Agents, LLMs, RAG).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capability, balancing customer needs with product strategy.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Prior experience in an early‑stage to growth‑stage startup.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST/JSON), data exchange models, and system interoperability.
• Background as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Software Engineer.
