Job Description

As a Travel Executive at Inqbaytor, you will play a key role in managing the ticketing process, including ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds. Your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is crucial in helping us meet our clients’ travel needs with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flight reservations, including ticketing, reissues, and refunds through GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Provide clients with detailed and accurate information regarding travel itineraries, fares, and schedules.
• Assist clients in planning their travel arrangements, including accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Resolve any inquiries or issues related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, fare structures, and airline policies to provide optimal travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Mandatory strong knowledge of GDS platforms and ticketing, reissue, and refund processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for travel and a commitment to helping others plan unforgettable journeys.
