Job Description:

Foyle Golf Centre is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part‑Time Customer Advisor to join our reception team for the incoming golfing season (April to October).We’re seeking someone who enjoys meeting people and delivering great customer service. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the centre, assisting customers both in person and over the phone. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include handling bookings and enquiries, promoting golf memberships and green fees, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and sharing information about everything we have to offer.This role suits someone who is confident working independently, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing a positive customer experience.Our centre is open 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm, so flexibility is important. You will work 3 or 4 shifts as part of a rota with our reception staff team.If you’re approachable, organised, and enjoy a varied role in a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Making and amending bookings
  • Till operation and cash handling
  • Key holding (locking up the building)
  • Parking golf buggies and putting them on charge

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths Pass
  • Driving Licence (or ability to park golf buggies in garage)

Please note, new minimum wage rates will apply from 1st April 2026: 16‑17 £8.00, 18‑20 £10.85, 21 plus £12.71 per hour
