Financial Analyst – Real Estate Investments

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the investment process, supporting the evaluation and performance of real estate opportunities from concept through to delivery. Your work will directly influence key business decisions.
- Build and enhance dynamic financial models for a range of projects, including new developments, repositioning strategies, and asset management initiatives
- Analyse project performance through scenario and sensitivity modelling, assessing metrics such as IRR, NPV, and equity returns
- Conduct market research to inform critical assumptions-rental values, sales pricing, construction costs, and investment yields
- Create compelling investment materials and presentations to support project approvals and stakeholder reporting
- Track live project performance, comparing real-time data against forecasts and identifying key variances
- Support the development of robust financial controls and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and eager to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience / qualification)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including building and reviewing financial models from scratch
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and team collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, investment analysis, or underwriting
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero)
- Exposure to industry tools such as ARGUS, CoStar, or Procore
