Leveraged/ Acquisition Finance, Senior Associate, London

Our client is expanding its Private Equity and Acquisition Finance London offering and is accordingly looking for a Senior Associate (5 PQE) to join the Banking team. You will work on complex, high-value transactions for a national and international client base, collaborating with a full-service team across Banking and Corporate. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value and innovative transactions for a diverse client base, spanning national and international markets. You will collaborate within a full-service team of partners, associates, trainees and paralegals, contributing to market-leading deals in the mid-market Leveraged and Acquisition Finance space. Core responsibilities Advise on a broad range of Leveraged and Acquisition Finance transactions Work closely with colleagues across Banking and Corporate teams on cross-practice matters Play an active role in client relationship management, marketing and business development initiatives Contribute to delivering commercially focused, pragmatic legal solutions Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate. Requirements for the role 5 PQE from a leading regional or international firm Strong experience in mid-market Leveraged/ Acquisition finance Broad transactional and general Banking experience Excellent academics Commercially driven with strong client focus.
