CWAY Group is a multinational enterprise founded in 1999 by Mr. Onest Che in Nigeria. Over the past 24 years, CWAY has expanded rapidly and now operates 16 manufacturing plants across Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and China, employing thousands of staff.
We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions.
We are looking for a strategic Group Supply Chain Director to strengthen CWAY’s supply chain operations from procurement to delivery across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations.
- Build global supplier networks and ensure cost‑efficient sourcing.
- Implement digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Align production, demand, and supply for optimal delivery.
- Lead a multicultural supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 5+ in leadership.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
