Penge Churches Housing AssociationHead of Assets & Property Services – Full time – Salary circa £70k – Penge / Bexley / Hybrid working

PCHA is a successful, small community-based registered provider of social housing based in Penge, Southeast London. We own and manage approximately 700 homes. This includes homes that we own and those that we manage as part of our partnership with the London Borough of Bromley, and we are passionate about working together with our residents and making a positive impact on our community.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Assets & Property Services to join our small but ambitious team. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a friendly, enthusiastic organisation that prides itself on strong values and delivering excellent customer service. As a part of our leadership team, you will shape and drive our asset management strategy and property services, ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, and well‑maintained for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Responsive Repairs and voids
  • Major repairs and planned works programmes
  • Stock condition and investment planning
  • Health & safety compliance across all homes
  • Ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Driving a strong focus on Decent Homes and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in asset management, repairs, and compliance within social housing
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to resident satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Solid understanding of housing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Positive, resilient, and solutions‑focused approach, passionate about making a difference and aligned with PCHA’s vision and values

You will need to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
