About the Role

We are working with an innovative engineering company specialising in high-performance RF, microwave, and millimetre-wave technology used in mission-critical communication systems.

They are looking for a Senior RF / mmWave Engineer with strong high-frequency circuit design experience using Altium. This is a hands‑on role focused on the design, development, and testing of advanced RF/mmWave products.

All applicants must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-frequency RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems
• Use Altium for circuit design and layout
• Carry out simulation, analysis, and performance optimisation
• Test, measure, and validate RF designs and hardware
• Troubleshoot complex RF issues
• Produce technical documentation (design reports, test plans, results)
• Ensure designs meet specifications and customer requirements
• Support proposals and customer‑facing technical discussions
