What You’ll Be Doing

Leading & inspiring – Coach, develop, and manage a team of specialist recruitment consultants, ensuring they thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Driving growth – Develop business strategies, expand client relationships, and build a strong presence within your market.

Managing your own desk – Stay hands‑on by running your own recruitment desk, leading by example in sales and delivery.

Coaching & mentoring – Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to consultants to maximise their potential.

Building strong partnerships – Engage with schools and educators, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term relationships.

Achieving results – Set ambitious goals, monitor team performance, and drive success through motivation and support.
