Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises, ensuring their travel preferences and budget are met.
- Provide expert knowledge on various cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations, with a focus on Caribbean islands.
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and special requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.
Qualifications:
- Passion for cruising, with significant personal cruise experience preferred, not required. We provide the training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate booking systems and client management software.
