Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a global team delivering secure, scalable, and highly available network environments across multiple regions.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong Cisco networking experience (ideally Nexus) and expertise in Fortigate firewalls, who thrives in complex, enterprise environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and supporting global network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Data Centre)
• Managing Cisco routing & switching (BGP, VLANs, STP, LACP)
• Configuring Fortigate firewalls, VPNs & security policies
• Troubleshooting complex, multi‑site network issues
• Supporting virtualised environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix)
• Contributing to architecture, performance tuning & incident response
• Collaborating with global teams (with on‑call rota participation)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Cisco networking background (Nexus highly desirable)
• Fortigate firewall experience in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of network security & best practices
• Experience working in global/distributed teams

Nice to have:

• pfSense, SD‑WAN, or cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible)
• Fully remote role
• Work on enterprise‑scale infrastructure
• Be part of a global, collaborative tech team
