WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• All aspects of the sales process, Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent.
• Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
• Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Minimum 2 years’ 360, recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support – ideally in permanent or FTC placements.
• Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised.
• A team player who thrives under pressure.
• Hours of work: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be discussed).
