Hello, I’m Emma Prunty, the team leader for the Hyndburn and Rossendale Community Mental Health Team. I am committed to leading with integrity and kindness, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and comfortable at work. My goal is to support each team member in their professional development and career aspirations, promoting well-being and flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Our team is a friendly, dedicated, and supportive group, committed to providing the highest quality care with the resources available in our local area. We are seeking passionate individuals who share our dedication to community mental health and are eager to help us deliver outstanding support to our service users. We are currently looking for registered mental health practitioners, which includes qualified social workers, mental health nurses, or occupational therapists.
Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs, as well as conducting risk assessments and management. You should also have the capability to explore how health and social factors impact mental health and overall well-being.
The Hyndburn and Rossendale CMHT serves various areas within Hyndburn and Rossendale, and your role will involve visiting service users in their homes, as well as working from our base at The Mount in Accrington.
If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of others while being part of a supportive and flexible team, we would love to hear from you!
