Job Description

First Option Healthcare is looking for a Compliance Officer to join the growing team in Chelmsford.

A Compliance Officer ensures the New Registration process is followed to meet regulatory requirements. The role is to ensure all new candidates are fully compliant with the required CQC standard before the start of their employment. This is done by providing ongoing support to both Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, offering a professional service throughout the Registration process. This is an office‑based role 4 days a week.

To be considered for this role

• Previous compliance experience (minimum of 1 year within healthcare/mental health)
• Attend on site office in Chelmsford Monday-Wednesday; 1 day in head office in Croydon (Thursday)
• Attention to detail is essential
• Able to follow directions and show initiative
• A confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills

Schedule

• 8 hour shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
