An MEP Contractor experiencing significant growth and working in new sectors, and currently primarily delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager for a flagship scheme in the West End of London.

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover
• Overseeing a Mechanical Supervisor on site
• Reporting into an MEP Contracts Manager
• Working closely with the electrical team to ensure coordinated delivery
• Managing programme, quality, and health & safety
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / MEP
• Strong commercial project experience (fit-out or refurbishment preferred)
• Experience working on central London projects
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme

• £75,000 – £85,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)
