Known for their commercial, consultative approach and consistently strong billings, they are looking for a Senior Recruiter ready to take ownership of a growing multi‑sector desk. The agency works across commercial, FMCG, supply chain, and office support — placing mid to senior-level talent across NI’s most active employers. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a profitable multi‑sector desk with full autonomy over your commercial strategy
• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of established client relationships
• Drive new business development and open new verticals within your sector mix
• Provide mentorship and informal coaching to junior team members
• Take ownership of senior and executive‑level assignments when required
• Contribute to agency‑wide initiatives including employer branding and candidate marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience, with demonstrable senior billing performance
• Track record of business development and account growth
• Confident, credible, and capable of operating at board level with clients
• Experience across commercial, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain is a distinct advantage
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a leadership group
• Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification preferred
