A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its well‑established and growing employment team. The Role

• Advising employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters
• Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
• Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes
• Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting partners on high‑value and complex matters
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
