We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to act as the senior operator within the recruitment and staffing function at Ted Experience.
Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, this role will serve as their right-hand partner, helping drive high-volume hiring while supporting the leadership, development, and performance of the recruitment team.
You’ll remain hands-on with hiring at times, while also taking on elevated responsibility across interview decision-making, team support, hiring quality, and operational improvements. You’ll help ensure the staffing function runs efficiently and consistently delivers the field teams that power Ted’s client campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, is comfortable working to tight targets and timelines, and enjoys combining delivery, leadership, and data-driven optimisation.
Work closely with the Head of Recruitment to support the overall recruitment and staffing function at Ted Experience.
Lead and support a team of three recruiters, helping guide workload, performance, and hiring best practices.
Stay actively involved in recruitment delivery, running hiring pipelines and supporting high-volume campaign staffing.
Conduct final-stage interviews, playing a key role in hiring decisions and maintaining hiring quality.
Continue to build and draw from a vast pre-existing database of top talent.
Help ensure the team consistently hits high-volume hiring targets and campaign staffing deadlines.
Support the training, development, and coaching of recruiters to improve performance and consistency.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and staffing data, helping identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
Work with the Head of Recruitment on process improvements, hiring strategy, and staffing optimisation initiatives.
Help strengthen talent pipelines and build scalable candidate pools for recurring campaigns and high-demand roles.
Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all hiring processes.
Experience in high-volume fast paced recruitment (Field marketing/Experiential is a big bonus).
Proven experience working in target-driven recruitment functions.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with experience participating in final hiring decisions.
Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting a team of recruiters.
A strong understanding of recruitment metrics, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
Data-driven and operationally minded you enjoy using numbers and insights to improve performance.
Comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities and working under pressure to tight deadlines.
Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems (TeamTailor experience is a bonus).
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to leadership.
