YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the first and last point of contact for our customers — friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service
- You impress with tailored offers and turn every customer interaction into a moment they will remember
- You handle rental agreements and customer enquiries, organised, service-oriented, and always with a smile
- You complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
- You inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
- You confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
- You assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
- You manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
- You support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Sales & Service PassionYou love sales and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support
- ExperienceYou have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism, or sales
- CommunicationYou have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in the busiest of settings
- Attention to DetailYou have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
- AdaptabilityYou excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- FlexibilityYou are open to working on a shift rotation, including weekends and holidays, to cover branch operating hours
- Driving LicenceYou hold a valid driving licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
