Every growing team hits the same wall: too many roles to fill, not enough people, and no time to wait. Skippr removes that bottleneck. Our agents cover full roles end-to-end. They join meetings, review work, and send deliverables so your team ships faster without scaling headcount. We're looking for a hungry AI Product Intern to help us build the next wave of agents.
What You'll Do:
- Build agent workflows, prompts, and integrations. Hands-on, every day.
- Automate everything. Eliminate manual work across the company and within your own role.
- Prototype and ship new agent capabilities fast.
- Test, evaluate, and improve agent outputs daily. You'll be the first user of everything we build.
- Research real team workflows and identify where agents can own entire roles end-to-end.
- Drive go-to-market execution. Run campaigns, manage outbound, optimise funnels.
- Work directly with founders to decide which agent we build next, and why.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- AI-native: You already use AI tools daily to get work done. This isn't new to you, it's how you operate. You want to automate 99% of what you do.
- Builder: You've made something real. A side project, an app, an automation, an agent. Show us.
- Proficient with AI coding tools: Experienced using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to build real apps. Not dabbling. Actually building and shipping with these tools.
- Proficient with agent platforms: Experienced using OpenClaw, Claude Code, LangChain, or similar to build agents. You've created working agents, not just followed a tutorial.
- Proficient in modern stack tools: Familiarity with tools across GTM: SEO, GEO, B2B and/or B2C marketing, CRM systems, paid ads, analytics tools, and enrichment tools. You know how to run and measure go-to-market.
- Task management and systems of record: GitHub, Linear, etc.
- Product obsession: You try new apps constantly, break down product decisions, and have strong opinions about what makes great software.
- Hungry and self-driven: You don't wait to be told what to do. You figure it out.
- Full-time in office: 5 days a week at our Old Street office. We're a venture-backed startup. Expect long hours and high intensity.
Strong Advantage :
- Technical background: coding ability, CS/engineering degree
- Previous internship in product, GTM, or product engineering in startups

Requirements:
- London-based, full-time onsite (Old Street, 5 days a week)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Available for minimum 3 months, ideally 6+
