This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts while receiving full support to develop your technical and commercial legal skills.You’ll be part of a highly regarded team, contributing to interesting legal matters across multiple regions, and will have clear opportunities for career progression within the department.About the RoleAs a Commercial Lawyer, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate large, complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
- Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to manage legal risk.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-10 years PQE (guideline).
- Have strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset, able to balance legal risk with business needs.
- Be motivated to grow within a successful in-house legal team handling multi-jurisdictional work.
