  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert new customers through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital sales tools.
  • Own the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Apply a structured, strategic sales approach to drive high-quality customer engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target industries and decision-makers to tailor outreach and maximise conversion.
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition, addressing customer pain points and demonstrating ROI.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) to manage pipeline, track interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch outreach strategies using calls, emails, social selling, and industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring engagement and trust.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls, demos, and meetings to advance opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with engaged prospects to drive progression through the pipeline.
  • Contribute to continuous sales process improvement and share best practices.
