Role Purpose:
The role involves managing all aspects of property management for a mixed commercial portfolio. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients on property-related matters, ensuring optimal asset performance and tenant satisfaction. The successful candidate will focus on operational excellence, ESG integration, and identifying value-enhancing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly client reports
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on property performance
- Liaise with internal lease data and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
- Handle tenant queries regarding rent, service charges, and lease compliance
- Manage landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant applications
- Work closely with facilities and building managers to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Support sustainability initiatives and ESG best practices across assets
- Assist with the onboarding of new property instructions
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in commercial property management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation
- Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential for the right candidate)
- Strong interpersonal xwzovoh and communication skills
- Commercially minded with proven ability to maintain client relationships
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g. Voyager) is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools
