BIM Coordinator

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating data-rich Revit models and supporting multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will work across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and leisure, ensuring models are well-structured, coordinated, and compliant with project and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Revit models, ensuring quality, consistency, and model health.
• Set up and maintain project models, views, sheets, worksets, and templates.
• Lead clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks Manage.
• Review and integrate external consultant models, supporting design reviews and change management.
• Support the implementation of BIM execution plans and digital delivery workflows.
• Participate in internal and external model reviews, providing structured feedback.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.
• Apply automation tools such as Dynamo and RF Tools to improve efficiency.
• Support project teams in the use of CDE platforms (BIM 360 / ACC) and information management processes.

About You

You are confident using Autodesk Revit and have experience working within a BIM-enabled, multi-disciplinary environment. You are organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility, with a collaborative approach to working with engineers, designers, and external consultants.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience coordinating BIM models and resolving clashes.
• Experience using CDE platforms (BIM 360 / ACC).
• Understanding of BIM standards, coordination, and information management processes.
