Strategic Account Executive – Enterprise (Learning & L&D Solutions)

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 office days)

Salary: £85,000–£100,000 base + OTE (Uncapped)

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, enterprise sales role focused on winning and growing strategic accounts across major organisations. You’ll be leading complex, high-value sales (£1M+ deals) with long sales cycles (10–12 months), engaging senior stakeholders and building long-term commercial partnerships.

This role is suited to a true enterprise hunter, someone who enjoys opening doors, building C-suite relationships, and leading strategic sales processes from first conversation through to close and expansion.

You’ll be selling learning, leadership development, digital training, and enterprise L&D solutions that deliver measurable business impact, working with clients across sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, Systems Integrators, FMCG, Pharma, Media, Telco, and Retail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and driving enterprise account strategy for high-value target organisations
  • Building and managing a pipeline of £1M+ opportunities
  • Developing strategic account plans and sector-specific approaches
  • Leading enterprise sales processes with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
  • Delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial solutions
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
  • Identifying long-term growth opportunities and account expansion
  • Representing the business through networking, events, and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales (learning, consulting or professional services)
  • Strong new business hunter mentality (majority of revenue generated from self-created opportunities)
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (10–12 months)
  • Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Comfortable selling to C-Suite and senior stakeholders
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and highly driven
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and value-based selling skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of cloud, data, software, or digital transformation is advantageous
