We’re hiring a Regional Director of Sales, Europe to lead commercial performance across our UK & European hotel portfolio.
The role
- Lead regional sales strategy and execution
- Drive revenue growth across key segments
- Manage and develop multi-property sales teams
- Own key accounts and partnerships
- Work closely with Revenue, Marketing & Operations
- Support openings and repositioning projects
What success looks like
- Delivery of sales targets and budgets
- Growth in market share and RGI performance
- Strong pipeline and conversion
- High-performing, engaged teams
What we’re looking for
- Senior hotel sales leadership experience (multi-property)
- Proven track record of commercial delivery
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of hotel sales & distribution
