We’re working with a high-growth fintech client to hire a Junior Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team.

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to develop into a full-cycle sales role within a structured, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Support pipeline development and outbound activity
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials and pitches
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
  • Represent the business at industry events

About You:

  • Commercially driven with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) preferred
  • Eager to progress into a senior sales role
