This established company has over 40 years of experience supplying machinery, components, and materials. They are now looking for a skilled Service Manager to maintain high service standards and support ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing service engineers
- Overseeing repairs and installations
- Handling customer service issues
- Ensuring timely responses to client needs
- Maintaining service quality
- Supporting the delivery of efficient engineering solutions
Qualifications
- Strong electrical and electronic engineering background
- Experience with machinery such as CNCs and PLCs
- Proven ability to manage engineers and customer expectations
Role Details
- Service Manager
- Machinery and service operations
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Site-based with occasional customer visits
Candidate Profile
- Strong electrical and electronic engineering background
- Experience with machinery (CNCs, PLCs)
- Experience managing engineers or service teams
- Based in or near Coventry
