• £60,000 Salary

The Role

• Operations Manager to oversee Education contracts.
• Managing the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
• The Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality in every site.
• To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
• Operations Manager to report into the Managing Director.
• Operations Manager to manage 3 direct reports

The Requirements

• A background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
• The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen
• An accomplished Operations Manager who can and lead and engage the support team and unit managers
