Excited to share an opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager / GTM Engineer to join a growing team in London (hybrid).
This is a systems and data-focused role, not a traditional campaign execution position. The focus is on building and owning the infrastructure that connects product usage, buyer intent, and revenue across a complex go-to-market model.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning marketing systems, automation, and integrations
- Designing data-driven buyer journeys based on real signals (product usage, trials, engagement)
- Building workflows that convert technical users into commercial opportunities
- Defining the GTM data model and delivering clear, trusted reporting
- Partnering closely with product, sales, and finance to align the full revenue engine
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Marketing Ops / GTM Ops
- Hands-on with CRM and automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience moving beyond traditional MQL funnels
- Comfortable in technical or developer-led environments
The goal:
To build a scalable, frictionless GTM engine with clear lifecycle logic, strong reporting, and seamless handoffs to sales.
