Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a candidate to join a small professional team within the client site in Helensburgh organisation but this role will also span to support the Programme Director for a major programme. The team is responsible ensuring Programme delivery is fully integrated with site readiness to deliver a safe, secure, and effective docking and engineering support capability.

The Project Support Officer is responsible to the Assistant Head in supporting the integration of the project interfaces within the client site. Ensuring their outputs adhere to site processes and operating procedures.

  • Document Control: Manage receipt, tracking & distribution of Programme Euston documents; ensure actions are completed on time
  • Systems Management: Maintain SharePoint & Teams in line with (file plans, naming conventions, updates)
  • Mailbox Coordination: Oversee team inbox, prioritise responses & share key communications
  • Meetings & Governance: Organise meetings, circulate papers, record Actions & Decisions (RoADs), track follow-ups
