Requirements
- Degree in Business, Tourism or Accounting will be first consider
- Basic acknowledge in Accounting and accounting software is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of working experience (admin/sales)
- Able to prepare: Invoice / Quotation / PO / P & L Statement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Sales-driven with good follow-up skill
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics and lead generation efforts.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they are served effectively and their needs are met.
- Develop account plans, set goals, and track the progress of clients’ projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership on account progress, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Track and analyze account performance to ensure KPIs are met.
- Market Research and Strategy: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Use insights to create strategies for enhancing client relationships and improving sales tactics.
