What skills and experience we’re looking for Pay Scale: Support Staff Pay Scale, Grade H Salary: £34,590 – £39,128 (£39,862 – £45,091 full-time equivalent) Contract: Permanent, term-time only (term time plus would be considered) Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week Closing Date: Friday 17th April 2026 at 12 Noon Interview Date: To be confirmed Start Date: As soon as possible We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual with a strong track record in delivering outstanding pastoral leadership within a school setting.

The successful candidate will be deeply committed to ensuring that every pupil can thrive and fulfil their potential, while upholding our core values of Ready, Respectful, Safe.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the school’s pastoral systems and daily operational functions.

You will ensure the consistent implementation of the school’s behaviour policy, support high standards across all pastoral processes, and contribute to the smooth, effective running of the school day.
