Interim Support Manager

We are looking for an Interim Manager to lead a Learning Disability service, supporting the team and leading the day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the service
• Focus on culture, quality, and operations
• Ensuring staff are supported and mentored
• Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders
• Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support

Requirements

• Proven experience in service management within Adult Social Care
• Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement
