The Role

  • Leadtheend‑to‑enddeliveryofmultiplesoftwaredevelopmentprojects.

  • ManageandsupportChangeAnalysts,ensuringrequirementsaregathered,refinedandprogressed.

  • Takegreenfieldideasfrom“blanksheetofpaper”throughtofullydeliveredapplications.

  • Builddeliveryroadmapsandoverseeprioritisationacrossteams.

  • Workcloselywithdevelopers,stakeholdersandbusinessuserstomaintainclarityandmomentum.

  • Contributetotheongoingformalisationofdeliveryprocessesastheorganisationscales.

Beforeyoureadonyouneedtobeawarethatthisroleoffersnosponsorshipand5dayattendanceonsiteisrequired.Ifthatissomethingyoucannotdothenweunderstandbutitwontbesomethingthatcanbenegotiated.Onlyapplyifyouarehappytoworkonsite5daysperweek.
