Youwillprovidetechnicalsupporttousers,maintainon-premiseandcloudinfrastructure,andworkcloselywithinternalteamsandthird-partyvendorstosupportcriticalsystems.

• Providehelpdeskandtechnicalsupportacrossthebusiness
• Supportcorporateinfrastructureincludingcloudandon-premisesystems
• MaintainMicrosoft365,ActiveDirectory/Azure(Entra)environments
• SupportvirtualisationplatformssuchasVMware,Hyper-V,orCitrix
• Assistwithsecuritymonitoring,disasterrecovery,andinfrastructureprojects
• Workwiththird-partyvendorsandinternalstakeholders

Experience

• 35yearsexperiencesupportingacorporateITenvironment
• ExperiencewithMicrosoft365,Azure/ActiveDirectory
• Knowledgeofnetworking(LAN/WAN/VLAN)andcloudenvironments
• RelevantMicrosoftcertifications(AZ-900/AZ-104)beneficial
