Compliance Business Partner – UK Insurance
A leading insurance organisation is seeking a Compliance Business Partner to provide expert regulatory guidance and support across the business. This role will work closely with operational teams, offering informed advice on FCA requirements and helping to strengthen governance, culture, and customer outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations across commercial and personal lines
- Practical experience with ICOBS and SMCR
- Background in UK insurance broking or operational roles
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder‑management skills
Desirable:
- Professional qualifications (CII, ICA or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Lloyd’s/London Market
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
