A major tech platform is undertaking a large‑scale data migration to a modern SAP based ecosystem within finance.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Manager with strong data quality expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders throughout this transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data quality assessment, monitoring and end‑to‑end issue resolution
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive data standardisation across systems
• Define and enforce data quality rules, dimensions and acceptance criteria
• Support metadata, MDM frameworks, and future‑state data architecture
• Identify risks, map flows, and ensure data readiness for migration
• Ensure privacy, security and compliance principles are embedded
• Champion data stewardship and influence programme‑level decisions
• Present to and influence senior stakeholders across technical and business domains

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing data quality and Data governance in large‑scale migrations

Required Skills

• Expertise in root‑cause analysis, MDM requirements and DQ rule‑setting
• Independent in data lifecycle management, governance, and solution requirements
• Consulting in managing data governance and quality
• Confident working with senior leaders and shaping data‑driven decisions
• Experience guiding teams through change, data risks and value realisation
