We are looking for

A proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support customers throughout the entire order‑to‑delivery process.

This is a part‑time position, Monday to Friday, approximately 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What you’ll do

  • Manage customer master data
  • Handle offers, sales orders, and sample requests
  • Coordinate shipments, packing lists, and transport costs
  • Manage invoicing and support credit notes
  • Provide after‑sales support and solve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for the Subsidiary Services Manager

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of SAP
  • A customer‑oriented mindset and a hands‑on attitude
  • Fluent English
  • Educational requirement: GCSE English and Maths (minimum)
  • Residence in the Middlewich area or nearby

Salary range (pro‑rated for part‑time): £15,000 – £17,000
