Job Description
This is a great job, especially if you’re customer-focused, experienced in SaaS and have a commercial streak. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and helping them extract the maximum value from the product and service.

You must have a proven background with a SaaS product
- Renewals
- Up & Cross Sell
- Data driven
- Ideally, some Senior Account Management or Channel experience
Ideally, you’ll not only have experience serving as a partner/trusted advisor to your customers, helping them with training and maximising product value, but also be familiar with a subscription-based product. £45-50,000 base with a £60-£65k OTE.
