Senior Asset Manager – UK Regional Offices

A well-capitalised real estate investment business is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a significant portion of its UK regional office portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to lead asset-level performance and deliver strategic initiatives across a high-quality multi-asset portfolio.
About the Role
- Own and drive business plans for a multi-asset regional office portfolio
- Identify and implement value-add initiatives to maximise income and asset performance
- Lead leasing activity, including sourcing, negotiation, and lease re-gearing
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and asset-level financial performance
- Manage third-party consultants, on-site teams, and operational partners
- Mentor junior members of the asset management team
- Contribute to acquisitions, disposals, and broader portfolio strategy
About You
- 8 – 10 years of hands-on office asset management experience with a principal investor or developer
- Strong knowledge of the UK regional office market
- Proven track record of delivering leasing, asset repositioning, refurbishment, or development initiatives
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Comfortable liaising with institutional investors and senior stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive, and capable of leading and mentoring others
- MRICS qualification desirable but not essential
- Travel required when needed
