**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Style Manager, as Style Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas.
As Style Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:
Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Update the status of room cleaning in OPERA Prioritise the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure operational efficiency Be a role model within the department, assisting the team to perform their role when required Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution Train Room Attendants, Public Area and Porters to become experts in their role Supervise the daily operation of the Style (Housekeeping) department Communicate and coordinate between Style, Welcome Office (Front Office) and Engineering to ensure any guest or maintenance issues are logged and resolved Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brandu2019s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
