Overview
WeareseekingahighlydrivenandexperiencedProjectManagerwithaproventrackrecordofdeliveringresultsinhigh-pressureenvironments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveextensiveexperiencemanaginganddeliveringlarge-scale,multi-million-poundprojects,withastrongemphasisonrobustgovernance,stakeholderengagement,andeffectiveriskandissuemanagement,whilstalwaysensuringthatmarginsareprotectedand,ideally,enhanced.
Thisrolerequiresanindividualwhoisfullycommittedtotheircareerandemployer,capableofbuildingstrongrelationshipsatalllevels,andabletoleadcomplexinitiativesfrominceptionthroughtosuccessfuldelivery.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead,plan,anddeliverlarge-scale,multi-million-poundprojectstoagreedscope,quality,budget,andtimelines.
- Establishandmaintainstrongprojectgovernanceframeworks,ensuringcompliancewithorganisationalstandards.
- Proactivelyidentify,assess,andmanageprojectrisksandissues,implementingeffectivemitigationplans.
- Managelargeprojectbudgets,ensuringaccurateforecasting,reporting,andfinancialcontrolthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
- Driveeffectiveresourceplanningandallocationtoensureoptimalprojectperformance.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders,ensuringclearcommunicationandalignmentofexpectations.
- Prepareanddeliverregularprojectupdates,reports,andpresentationsforseniorleadershipandkeystakeholders.
- Fosteracollaborative,results-focusedworkingenvironment,ensuringsuccessfulprojectoutcomes.
