JobDescription:
AsaRecruitmentConsultantatFlowtecGroup,youwillberesponsibleforfindingtherighttalentforourexternalclients.Yourprimaryfocuswillbeonsales,butyouwillalsocollaboratewithourrecruiterteamtoensurethatwecanfillourclients’positionsasefficientlyaspossible.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate recruiting withintheEngineering / Technical Sales / Construction / Execurtive SearchIndustry (USA experience preferred but not required)
- Utilizevarioussourcingtechniquestofindqualifiedcandidatesforourclients’positions.
- Screenandinterviewpotentialcandidatestodeterminetheirqualificationsandsuitabilityfortherole.
- Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithcandidatesandexternalclientstoensureaseamlessrecruitmentprocess.
- Writecompellingjobadstoattracttoptalent.
- WorkcloselywithourBusinessManagerstounderstandourclients’needsandfilltheirpositionsquicklyandeffectively.
- Managetheentirerecruitmentprocessfromstarttofinish,includingmakingjoboffersandnegotiatingsalarypackages.
- Stayuptodatewithindustrytrendsandrecruitmentbestpracticestoensureweareprovidingthebestpossibleservicetoourclients.
Requirements:
- Atleast1yearofexperienceinsalesorrecruitmentwithaproventrackrecord
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Themotivationanddeterminationtosucceedinasalesenvironment.
- Abilitytomanagemultiplerecruitmentprojectssimultaneously.
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytothinkcreativelywhenitcomestofindingandattractingtoptalent.
