Our client, a busy food manufacturing company based near Winchester, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production experience who is ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and accurately follow recipes and production instructions
Maintain strict hygiene standards, following “clean as you go” procedures
Carry out quality checks and ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately
Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment (full training provided)
Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the location being difficult to reach by public transport
Working Hours:Monday to Friday shift rotation
AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:15
PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:15
